Jennifer (Jen) Ciarrocchi is a litigator with over a decade of experience representing companies across multiple industries, including insurance, automotive, food and beverage, technology, healthcare, retail, restaurant and hospitality, real estate, and finance. She has successfully litigated cases involving a range of issues including false advertising, privacy and data security, breach of contract, warranty, product liability, discrimination, employment and labor matters, taxpayer standing, copyright infringement, and probate disputes. Jen’s substantial litigation experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive and evidentiary motions in state and federal courts, where her ability to simplify and translate complex subject matter is a hallmark of her practice.
Jen also has significant experience training and advising public and private employers on labor and employment matters and performing internal audits of company records and employment practices to identify and remedy potential areas of noncompliance and litigation risks in the workplace. She has represented companies of all sizes in federal, state, and local government investigations and administrative proceedings. Jen is also committed to pro bono service, and has represented domestic violence survivors and peaceful protesters asserting civil rights claims. Jen brings a combination of experience, subject matter depth, and strategic insight to every matter that she handles, and is committed to finding novel strategies and arguments to zealously advocate for her clients.
Jen earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore, where she graduated as valedictorian of her class.
